Soooo the flowers.......I had left my wonderful flower lady to come up with the overall design, with her experience and know-how it only seemed right. I'd given colour themes and inspirational images of what I wanted for the bouquet, table decoration, buttonholes and bridesmaids. And this is the final outcome.......

My beautiful bouquet-Roses in all the perfectly matching colours...
My bouquet in full glory on the day itself. Also Dan's Buttonhole which matches beautifully.

The table flowers in the jars I decorated...............
....a cheap and easy way to hold the flowers and uphold the theme. I was so
impressed with these beautiful posies they matched the seating and fit in with
the colour scheme so well. They also have a touch of the rustic theme, love it!

The Bridesmaid's bouquets were slightly bolder in colour, I love the way they compliment the colour of the dresses. They are similar to mine in flower and shape but slightly smaller in size.
I wanted to keep my bouquet and dry it out so it would last forever, so the idea of throwing it was worrying, but tradition is tradition, flowers had to be thrown!!......I used a bridesmaid's bouquet and my beautiful Maid of Honour caught it.....little did she know her lovely Boyfriend had already asked my Dad's permission to marry her!!!!!!
.....Congrats to the next happy couple!!
My wonderful Maid of Honour and twin sister displaying both our bouquets and how well they compliment each other.
